Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire
Pay Rate: £86.40 - £120 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Provide one-on-one and group support to enhance learning and curriculum engagement
Support students' personal care needs when required, respecting their dignity
Implement individualised learning plans, adapting to student's needs
Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers, parents, and specialistsQualifications & Skills:
Experience with SEN students (preferred)
Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance)
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, adaptable approach
