COMPANY – Leading IT Managed Services and Managed Security Services Provider

ROLE – Client Manager (managing existing client relationships)

SALARY – circa £60,000 plus commission

LOCATION – hybrid office/remote

The opportunity is to join a leasing IT Managed Services and Managed Security Services Provider, based north of London.

The business has a global 24-7 support offering for it’s clients and boasts a nearly perfect customer satisfaction rate and Service Level Agreement achieved

The role is Client Manager, to take over a set of existing accounts, manage the relationship with the customer, and grow the wallet share where appropriate.

The basic salary is up to £60,000 plus commission and benefits.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience working in account management for an IT MSP.
