Job Description
Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established principle contractor who are seeking a Design Manager. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £15Mil - £150Mil+
As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process on a Residential, RC Frame new build project. The projects frame has gone up.
Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful Residential new build projects where you've worked as the day-to-day design lead.
If you are a Design Manager, with a proven background leading RC Frame, residential projects, or a coordinator with similar experience but not the title, and are keen to work for a progressive company, this opportunity will be of great interest.
