We are seeking a motivated Assistant Brand Manager to join our esteemed European Marketing Team based in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

• Market Management: Oversee the Spanish and Emerging Markets portfolio, collaborating with key distributor partners to advance our brand objectives in these regions.

• Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of the brand strategy for European markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Partnership Development: Cultivate strong relationships with external distributors to implement effective market activations and campaigns.

• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with business development, the UK brand team, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

• Innovation Pipeline: Contribute to the development of the brand’s innovation pipeline to enhance consumer engagement in diverse EU markets.

• Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate the brand’s A&P budget for your markets, focusing on maximising return on investment.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Advocate for the brand's agenda throughout the organisation, securing buy-in and fostering enthusiasm among key stakeholders.
