General Counsel - Private Equity

I’m searching for a mid-senior lawyer to join the engine room of a leading and very well-established lower mid-market PE house as General Counsel.

Reporting to the c-suite, you will be assisting on legal aspects of manging the fund, including deal structuring, re-financing, due diligence and execution. As well as day to day commercial tasks and ad-hoc advisory to the board and C-suite.

We are looking around the 7-10 PQE mark, trained in a reputable firm and have experience as in-house counsel in PE space.
