Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and requirements and advise on products.
• Responds to requests for quotes, applications assistance, and resolving customer issues.
• Provide technical support to sales channels and distribution partners.
• Provides support for sales managers.

Requirements:

• Experience of direct or indirect sales including agent representations
• Base knowledge of CRM administration or data maintenance
• Proficient in full Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel
• Strong customer and team-oriented approach
