Implementation Manager - Solution Design

Responsibilities : Customer Onboarding & Solution Design : - Collaborate with the key accounts team to understand the needs and challenges of potential and existing clients. - Analyze customer workflows and propose technical solutions for automating travel-related processes using tools like Postman and system integrations. - Design and demonstrate automation solutions to ensure customer buy-in and satisfaction. Technical Consulting & Support : - Provide technical support to customers throughout the onboarding and ongoing use of our platform. - Troubleshoot and investigate issues related to customer workflows and automation processes. - Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new features and bug fixes, ensuring functionality and usability. - Communicate effectively with the technical or product management team to resolve customer-reported issues using tools like Jira. - Maintain a clear and organized system for tracking and documenting customer issues. - Analyze trends in customer issues to identify potential recurring problems and work with the team to implement proactive solutions. Skills & Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or consulting role. - Strong understanding of automation principles and tools (e.g, Postman). - Familiarity with system integration concepts and processes. - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
