Senior Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on React JS, Node JS, and AWS cloud technologies. You will be responsible for leading projects, designing and building scalable applications, and ensuring their quality and performance. Key Responsibilities : Full-Stack Development : - Develop and maintain complex web applications using React JS for the front-end and Node JS for the back-end. - Design and implement user-friendly and responsive user interfaces. - Build secure and efficient APIs using Node JS. Cloud Development : - Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage applications in the cloud. - Design cloud architectures for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Performance Optimization : - Implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and multi-threading techniques to optimize application performance. - Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and robustness. Integration and Automation : - Integrate various back-end services using RESTful APIs. - Automate build and deployment processes using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. Leadership and Architecture : - Lead projects with an understanding of IT lifecycle methodologies and enterprise-level solutions. - Design microservices within Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) frameworks. Required Skills and Experience : - 10 years of hands-on experience with React JS and Node JS on current projects. - Strong understanding of AWS cloud services. - Solid foundation in OOP, REST APIs, and cloud development best practices. - Experience with unit testing frameworks. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Experience leading development projects and mentoring junior developers (a plus). Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc.UG-only) degrees will not be considered.
