Lead Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force/LWC

Roles & Responsibilities : - Design, develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOAP, REST API, Flows and other Salesforce development tools. - Manage day to day development activities on the salesforce industries platform. - Support the creation of customizations and integrations required for solution delivery. - Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning components (Aura & LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS. - Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications. - Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements and provide gap analysis. - Work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions which is lightweight, performance oriented and scalable. - Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and provide support to internal users (ref:hirist.tech)
