About the Role : We're looking for a skilled React Native Developer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building consumer-facing mobile applications and has successfully contributed to or self-published a live app in the Google Play Store. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing directly to a product designed to impact millions. Location: Gurgaon (In-Office) Experience Level : 3 years Key Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and deploy React Native applications for the Google Play Store - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers & Engineers to ship features - Maintain app assets in Google Play - Optimize app performance and troubleshoot/debug issues as they arise - Lead code reviews and ensure high code quality - Work within an agile environment to meet project deadlines and milestones Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution (e.g., IIT, BITS or other tier-1) - 4 years of professional experience in React Native development - 2 years of experience with React Web and TypeScript - Solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and design patterns - Experience working in consumer startups is highly preferred - Experience building with LLM APIs is highly preferred Preferred : - Proficient in React Native, React Navigation, React Query, Context API, React Native Firebase and React Native UI/UX Component libraries - Experience implementing push notifications and A/B Testing (setting up the framework and launching, evaluating A/B test results) - Experience with native iOS, Android development - Contributions to open-source software projects - Experience with CI/CD workflows Why Join Us ? - Play a key role in shaping a product that leverages cutting-edge AI technology to enhance consumer user experiences in India and globally. - Work with a team committed to innovation and excellence in design. - Be part of a startup where your contributions are valued, and there's ample opportunity for professional growth.
