Job Brief : We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Team Lead / Creative Head to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences through the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and creative designs. You will collaborate closely with product, project, development team and C-suite Executives presenting rationale for design decisions grounded. As the lead designer, you will provide comprehensive design assets for handoff to developers and oversee the quality of design work throughout the development process. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to new challenges. Key Responsibilities : - Oversee all phases of design projects, from documenting workflows and user flows to creating wireframes and building user interfaces - Create and Present to the client/prospects the ideation, designs and approaches - Lead, mentor, and empower a team of designers to ensure high-quality outputs while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. - Understand the brand DNA and ideate designs to improve overall user experience for different brands. - Review and critique design work produced by the team, providing constructive feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards - Work closely with developers and clients to define and implement the required design. - Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for a smooth handoff to development teams, ensuring clarity and understanding - Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and present design concepts and proposals. Requirements : - Bachelor in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Arts & Design or any related field. - At Least 4-5 years of experience working as a UI/UX designer and/or manager in a cross-functional UI/UX team. - Portfolio of design projects - Team & Time Management Skills - Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Knowledge of wireframe tools (i.e.Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision) - Ability to take extreme ownership over your work - Mastery of UX interaction and design principles and deliverables including rapid prototyping, concept diagrams, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, experience maps, design patterns and annotated comps. - Passion for extraordinary design. - Excellent project management and communication skills to ensure deadlines are a must. - Must be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems.
