Lead Solutions Architect - Java/Python/C#

Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop comprehensive solution architectures, including technical specifications, data flows, and system integrations. - Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and functional specifications. - Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. - Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. - Monitor project progress and identify potential risks. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status. - Lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and expertise. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality code and efficient implementation. - Conduct technical reviews and code inspections. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Required Skills and Experience : - 15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years in solution architecture or related roles. - Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript). - Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services. - Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams (ref:hirist.tech)
