Become a part of our Procurement & Real Estate team What you’ll be doing Administrative support for the Procurement & Real Estate team Check, analyze and process received invoices Monthly process rent payments Receive and process queries related to building management, workplace maintenance, etc. Manage all information regarding real estate lease updates across the office network, process monthly and/or quarterly payment requirements into the internal system (Tradenet platform) Assist in MRI software platform on-boarding for Switzerland & ensuring a smooth transition Data entry and reporting into the new database system Close collaboration with internal stakeholders Onboard colleagues onto the new platform Support the business with anything related to Procurement & Real Estate department Maintain, update and fine-tune the contract database information About you You have completed your vocational training (CFC), or high school degree and bring at least 2 years of practical experience in an administrative field Having previous experience in procurement and/or real estate management is a plus You are a talented communicator and able to build trustful and consistent relationships with your interlocutors You are proactive, precise and a winning negotiator with a flair for numbers You are proficient in MS Office (mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint) You speak fluent in English and either French or German.
