Job Summary
The Process tech IV is responsible for applying the structure of butter department to recipes, GMP's, testing and quality of the butter product. This position reports to and works closely with the Butter Department Head. This position helps communicate the why of the butter procedures to process techs to ensure the highest level of quality. It is expected that the process tech IV will continuously give ongoing improvement directions to the Butter Department Head to maintain and improve on the safety and quality of the butter department. This position works closely with the Butter Department Head and assists in training and supporting the buttermaking staff. Excellent communication and active listening skills are needed to be able to give directions to team members

Education and Experience
Food Manufactuing experince
Managment experience
Knowledge
Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic and percentages and their applications.
