Job Description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapist (Pelvic Floor PT)
Up to $115,000 starting salary (based on experience)
18,000 Sign-on bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist??????? (Pelvic Floor PT)
Outpatient setting treating adults only
4 x 10 hour or 5 x 8 hour work week - flexible!
Predominate focus is on women’s health
