Pertemps Crewe are currently recruiting for a Transport Recruitment Consultant to join our Crewe Office.

Within this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;

Attracting, interviewing and placing Drivers for the Cheshire area
Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services
Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
Maintaining strong relationships in the market
Working as a 360 Transport Recruitment Consultant
Liaising with clients, upselling, attending new sales meetings and ensuring they receive exceptional standards of service
Requirements for this Recruitment Consultant role;

Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
Full UK Driving Licence
Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential.
You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key.
An excellent telephone manner
Strong organisational and administrative skills
A drive, tenacity and real customer focus
You will not need previous experience for this role
You will be given Full Training on this role; this will include multiple courses and shadowing for the first couple of months.

Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00
