Lead of Private Banking Client Relationships

Job Description
Reporting to PB Management, this role will lead the Private Banking Client Relationship team with the following key responsibilities:
• Develop and expand the customer base while enhancing Private Banking products and services to achieve the department’s business objectives, ensuring full compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain and nurture strong client relationships.
• Supervise Relationship Managers to help them meet their individual KPIs.
• Review and approve exception transaction requests, customer due diligence, and documentation submitted by Relationship Managers.
• Oversee team resources and coordinate staff training to ensure continuity in business activities and customer service standards.
• Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- CACS P1 & P2.
- Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
