Senior Executive, Marketing (Leasing)

We are working with is a leading global real estate investment and management firm, and they are looking for an experienced Senior Leasing Executive to join their team. This role will focus on managing the leasing activities of a portfolio of properties, with an aim to drive high occupancy rates, secure quality tenants, and optimize rental returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates across the assigned portfolio.
• Secure new leases, manage lease renewals, and proactively identify market segments and prospective tenants.
• Liaise with property agents and maintain effective relationships with tenants and prospects to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on competitors, industry benchmarks, and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in property marketing and leasing.
• A strong understanding of the real estate market, including a robust network of industry contacts.
• Proven skills in presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication.
• Registration as a Salesperson under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or qualifications equivalent to the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination are advantageous.
• Relevant experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is highly preferred.
