.Net Full Stack Lead - C#/VB

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies. - Design, code, test, and manage various applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Work with databases, write SQL queries, and ensure data integrity and performance. - Engage in story planning, negotiating between PM, DEV and QA to derive appropriate stories based on fair compromises between original specifications, technical design, and testing possibilities - Lead development team in architecture and design of new features - Track record in a technical leadership role within an Agile based working environment - Expert technical leadership skills, with the ability to drive the implementation of complex solutions - Familiarity with emerging technologies (Cloud/Serverless infrastructure, docker, NoSQL/Big Data technologies) - Willingness and ability to travel when needed for business meetings - Designing, coding, testing, documenting, and deploying global applications based on system and user requirements and expert knowledge in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions to highly complex problems - Work closely with product owners, stakeholders and technical SMEs to establish technical vision and architectures to support delivery of features and capabilities on the product roadmap Required Skills : - Proficient in .NET, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. - Deep understanding of ALM, SDLC practices and procedures (CI, Jenkins, Git, GitHub/bitbucket, NuGet, antifactory) - Strong experience with SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries. - Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like Angular and React JS. - Knowledge of DevExpress tools. - Experience with Cloud computing using AWS - Experience with NO SQL database like Mongo DB/Cosmo DB, - Experience in designing and architecting applications. - Good understanding of version control tools, specifically industry-standard Git tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. - Experience with RESTful API development. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
