Lead/Senior Engineer - Software Development

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead/Sr Engineer for Software Development to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with specific expertise in the Visionplus-CMS module. This role involves leading development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Software Developmen t: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Visionplus-CMS (CMS module) to meet business requirements and ensure high performance. - Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development. - Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and development plans. - Code Review : Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. - Testing and Debugging : Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications, ensuring that software is reliable, scalable, and secure. - Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation related to software design, architecture, and implementation. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery. - Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing improvements to enhance development processes and methodologies.
