About the Role : We are looking for a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer with 8-12 years of experience to take on a leadership role in designing world-class experiences across both mobile and web platforms. If you're passionate about creating impactful digital designs and have a strong portfolio to demonstrate your expertise, we'd love to see your work Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design of intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across mobile and web platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and deliver exceptional user experiences. - Conduct and analyze user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to continuously improve designs. - Drive design consistency across digital platforms while keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and innovations. - Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and supporting their growth within the team. - Lead the design strategy for key projects, ensuring high-quality output and attention to detail. Qualifications : - 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms. - A strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects across various digital products. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software. - Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and the ability to work closely with developers. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience mentoring and leading junior designers is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
