Cloud Engineer - Google Cloud Platform

Job Description : We are looking for a skilled GCP Cloud Engineer to join our team in Bangalore or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and be adept at managing cloud infrastructure, implementing cloud solutions, and optimizing performance. This role involves working in rotational shifts and requires a strong understanding of cloud architecture, deployment, and security. Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and manage GCP cloud infrastructure and services. - Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions to support various business applications. - Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability. - Monitor and manage cloud environments, ensuring high availability and reliability. - Implement and maintain security best practices to safeguard cloud data and applications. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate cloud solutions and improve workflows. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services. - Stay updated with the latest GCP features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve cloud operations. Key Skills : - Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery. - Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management, deployment, and automation. - Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). - Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in rotational shifts. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
