Senior Software Engineer - Java/Python

Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for technology, and experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. - Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define software requirements. - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, following best practices. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deploying. - Optimize software performance and scalability. - Stay updated on new technologies and integrate them into the development process.
