Salesforce Solution Architect - Apex/Visual Force

Position : SALESFORCE SOLUTION ARCHITECT Location : Noida Exp : 7 years - Individual contributor as Developer & Admin Team Management - Delhi NCR Candidates will be preferred- Notice Period : Immediate to max 30 days Job Summary : As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will leverage your extensive experience to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimize Salesforce capabilities. Key Responsibilities : - Design and architect Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. - Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce development best practices. - Conduct system architecture reviews, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce environments. - Stay current with Salesforce trends and innovations, providing insights on best practices and emerging technologies. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce applications and integrations. - Prepare and deliver technical documentation and presentations to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 7 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and development. - Strong expertise in Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Experience. - Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. - Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect) and data management. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
