At the rex, we jointly pursue bringing our guests an inclusive experience during which they can leave the hectics of daily life behind and entirely immerse themselves into Zermatt's impressive nature offerings. For the expansion of our team we are looking for creative and curious individuals who aspire to get each day a little bit better at what they do. We're looking for a sales person from October 2024 onwards for our sourdough bakery that focuses on organic and local grains and produce. Help us to showcase the quality of the regional produce and hereby take care and build on the community around us. Your responsibilities: Warmly greet and assist the shop visitors Serve clients coffee and sell the baked goods and other shop items Maintaining grinders, coffee machines and other equipment Train team members on latte art and coffee skills Prepare and serve the beverages Inform clients about the offering and advise on the taste, the production process and ingredients Ensure the ambiance of the shop is welcoming and pleasant to our visitors and the shop area is maintained clean We are: a young supportive team open to new ideas and initiatives offering a competitive salary
