VP, Technology Risk - Major Financial Institution

This major financial institution has a clear strategy for growth in the region. It is looking to recruit a VP, Technology Risk Management.

Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will play a key role in providing strategic leadership and advisory on Technology Risk matters to the organization. You will define the risk roadmap, leading the adoption and development of new technologies and supporting the business in driving a balance between business growth and risk management. You will also identify risk drivers and ensure systems are in place. You will also facilitate BCP exercises to validate the recovery strategies of business units.

With a IT degree qualification, you will bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, Governance, or IT Security within the banking, asset management, payments, or broader financial services sector. With strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, you are strategic, proactive, a team player and passionate about Technology Risk.
