Main Duties and Responsibilities
They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Program, Senior Manager / Manager, Should Cost responsible for the development of Cost Analysis Strategy within the Regional Manufacturing Operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and spearhead the Cost Analysis strategy within the division as a Subject-Matter-Expert, in alignment to the company's growth and supply requirements
- Accountable for the design and execution of comprehensive costing-related processes, including the development and implementation of Governance structures, Policies, and Frameworks.
- Lead Continuous Improvement Programs and Initiatives
- Ensure efficient work partnership with Sourcing, Engineering, R&D, Quality and Factory Assembly teams with regards to Costing-related activities
Candidate Profile
Work location: Singapore
- Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Engineering or related studies
- Approximately 8 - 15 years of experience in Procurement / Category / Commodity Management, preferably with good exposure in Should-Cost Analysis within Semiconductor Manufacturing operations
- Know-how in designing Procurement SOPs / Cost Models will be advantageous
- Excellent in multi-tasking as well as written, influencing & negotiation skills to drive process improvements to enhance & streamline process maturity and optimizing team work and synergy in the organisation
- Displays strong and affirmative leadership with a diplomatic and team player personality
- Good experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite in Cost Analysis tools will be advantageous
