What would you do? - To Lead the management of all aspects of our Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, software systems, networks, devices, servers, firewalls as well as security. - Lead strategic direction and ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and security of our IT operations, aligning them with our overall goals. - Ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure to meet business demands. - Also lead initiatives for system upgrades, migrations, and integrations as necessary, with a focus on end-to-end transformation. - Understand the legal and regulatory environment within which the business operates - Ensure that the organization's IT architecture and IT Security policies are aligned with latest business / regulatory requirements. - Develop, implement, and govern Information Security programs including policies, procedures to protect enterprise-wide assets and systems from threats. - Drive audits and enforce compliances, IT risk evaluations, SOC 24-7 and BC / DR management to maintain consistency and accountability across the organisation. - Identify, assess, and mitigate security Risks through proactive measures, risk management frameworks including technical controls, assessments on the applications and infrastructure to ensure security controls are in place. - Define and maintain organisation's security Architecture, including network security, cloud security and end point security. - Oversee security operations, including incident response, Security incident investigation, threat intelligence and vulnerability management to ensure timely detection and resolution of security incidents. - Establish threat modelling framework and secure SDLC framework to ensure 100% compliance of applications and platforms. - Promote a culture of Security awareness and education throughout the organisation - Provide guidance on risk and technical controls across the organization. - Develop Data Loss prevention framework to ensure highest level of data integrity, confidentiality, and availability controls. - Manage relationships with third party vendors and service providers to ensure the security of outsourced systems & services. - Lead, motivate and develop the team of information security professionals. - Be in-sync with latest trends and security tools in the industry and ensure adoption of relevant technologies in the system. Required Skills : - Proven track record of successfully connecting with IT teams and delivering technology-driven business solutions. - Relevant experience in BFSI with understanding of security controls frameworks such as NIST FSS (financial services sector), CIS, ISO and other regulatory requirement. - Should possess experience of cyber security program management across IT domains (Infrastructure, Application, Enterprise architect). - Experience of conducting audits, statutory compliance, monitoring and controls testing. - Extensive experience of managing senior leaders / top management while leading Information Security management portfolio. Academic Qualification : - Engineering/ equivalent technical qualification from a reputed college/ university - Relevant certifications (Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification) in the field of information & cyber security (ref:hirist.tech)
