Job Description

Join our dynamic and growing team at LCD Showcase Limited as Business Development Manager. As part of our expansion, we are looking for talented individuals to drive our sales efforts both internally and externally. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales through various channels, and helping us grow our market presence across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, handling enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and follow up on leads, identifying new opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• In-person Sales: Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers across the UK to close significant deals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth sales processes and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Business Development: Engage in cold calling and outreach efforts to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates preferably within the audio visual industry who possess:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• The ability to analyse customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
