As Head Chef, you will have full autonomy over a fresh, seasonal menu that changes every eight weeks, with the support of a proactive kitchen team. This South East London pub enjoys a loyal following and is known for its excellent food. The role also offers a fantastic work-life balance, with a 40-hour week spread across five days.
