Your new company
You'll be working for a charity located in the South East. This organisation invests income from their properties to support education, elderly housing, and community maintenance. Additionally, they fund seven schools across Dulwich, Orpington, and London through direct support or foundation trusts.

Your new role
The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of property repair, maintenance, and improvement, while performing general building surveying duties, such as:
Creating specificationsCarrying out Inspections/defect diagnosis Administering/overseeing works in progress Complying with H&S regulations Tendering Coordinating with contractors Managing projects Liaising with different stakeholdersWhat you'll need to succeed
Member of the RICS with a proven track record of professional competencyPrevious experience of surveying / property managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversationsStrong MS Office skills, CAD and ability to learn and use different systemsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to meet deadlinesMust have your own car and a clean driving licenceWhat you'll get in return
