My client, a thriving educational establishment, with sites in Lewisham and Plumstead, are looking to recruit enthusiastic QTS qualified teachers who are passionate about inspiring students and promoting academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum to promote student learning and development.
• Plan, prepare, and assess educational activities, ensuring they are tailored to the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes respect and inclusivity.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to facilitate growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and curriculum changes.
• Uphold school policies and contribute to the overall ethos and vision of the institution.

Qualifications:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) recognised in the UK.
• A degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
