Job Title: Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner – CYP Crisis Response Team

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the CYP Crisis Response Team. This is a full-time role working across a 24/7 rota.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide urgent mental health support for children and young people in crisis, conducting assessments and formulating care plans.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely intervention and effective management of mental health crises.
• Ensure comprehensive care is provided, liaising with external agencies, families, and carers as required.
• Contribute to the ongoing assessment and review of care to meet the needs of service users in crisis.

Position Details:

• Location: Knowsley, Merseyside
• Work Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (working across a 24/7 rota)
• Contract Duration: ASAP – 14/01/2025
• Rates:
• Day Rate: £25.74 per hour
• Night/Saturday Rate: £33.46 per hour
• Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £41.19 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

• Experience in mental health crisis management for children and young people (CYP)
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and across a 24/7 rota
