Role: Software Engineer

Location: Bristol, Hybrid (4-5 days on-site)

Salary: Up to £65,000 (dependent on experience)

Clearance requirements: SC, Must be a British Citizen or Dual UK

Role Overview:

Our client, market leaders within the Aerospace Defence industry are looking for highly capable Software Engineers to join their team, focusing on the development of Air Defence Systems. This hands-on position involves designing and evolving Command and Control architectures while upholding a commitment to safety, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software design and development
• Collaborate within small, focused teams of engineers to solve complex problems.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to integration and testing.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in software engineering with experience in C++
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to maintain team momentum.
• Experience in the entire software development process, from requirements to documentation.
