Project Manager Packaging Development

In this role, you are responsible for managing and executing packaging development projects within an innovative manufacturing company. The projects you will work on can range from short-term to long-term trajectories that can last for years. You will work closely with the innovation team to meet customer needs, functionality, and feasibility making use of advanced machinery. The position encompasses multiple responsibilities such as: Coordinating packaging development projects from start to finish Managing internal and external communication with stakeholders Achieving project goals within budget and timeline Collaborating closely with various departments such as printing, corrugated cardboard, die-cutting, and folding and gluing lines Overseeing the quality and functionality of prototype packaging Implementing innovative packaging solutions that meet customer requirements and production capabilities Bachelor's or master's degree in packaging development, technical management, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in packaging development or a manufacturing environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Problem-solving ability and proactive attitude Knowledge of and experience with production processes and packaging machines Competitive salary in accordance to you studies and experience Hospitalization insurance Group insurance Working in a 39-hour workweek with 6 additional vacation days (ADV days) Bicycle leasing program (after 1 year) For over 180 years, this company has believed in the unique impact of packaging on brands and products, for people and the planet.
