-Work directly with Loan Officers / Assistants to ensure clients’ loan requests are underwritten and analyzed in a timely fashion
-Develop and maintain an understanding of external regulations and internal loan policy for underwriting and analysis
-Attend loan committee meetings and provide valuable feedback on requests which come before the committee
-Complete annual analyses on commercial credits including cash flow analysis, ratio analysis and loan grade analysis
-Complete all tasks and trainings before deadlines
-Learn and comply with all established CFSB policies, procedures, and standards
-Participate in at least one community service activity or event per year
-Tasks assigned by Team Leader or other members of Bank Management
