Forward Role are working with a PC Gaming and lifestyle brand with over 25 years in the pc and tech sector with a fast growing ecommerce and B2B presence and ambitious future growth plans.

They are looking to recruit an Email & Content Specialist to develop and grow the CRM channel and drive rapid and profitable growth. Email Marketing is 80% of this role and the other 20% is Content.

This role offers the chance to develop your skills in email, but also implement your creative skills and really own this vital customer communication channel.

Responsibilities:

CRM

• Ownership of the CRM programme and development and implementation of the roadmap.
• Development of behavioural, customer lifecycle and RFM based programmes to drive sales.
• Automation and triggered emails.
• Collaboration with data and product teams to find buying patterns then developing programmes to drive repeat purchase, predominantly on email but also through paid social custom audiences.
• Management of operational and customer satisfaction emails, guaranteeing an excellent brand and customer experience through every touchpoint.
• Ongoing performance dashboard reporting.

Content

• Hands on creation of content that will drive engagement and repeat purchase, this content can be used on site, on social or video platforms.
• Writing blogs or posts to support sales promotions and writing or filming content to support new releases in their in-house studio.
• Contribute ideas around loyalty and refer a friend programmes.

What experience should you have?

• B2C Ecommerce experience.
• Proven email marketing experience, setting up and managing a modern email programme eg automation, API, segmentation.
• The ability to be creative, deliver customer delight and then use data to drive sales.
• Experience in content creation (can be copy, content, social, video) and desire to do more.
• A hard worker, with a positive, proactive attitude, willingness to learn and have fun.
• Be a great communicator with wider teams across the business.
