Marketing Executive

This role is hybrid role (three days in the office) although for the first few months you will be required in the office four days to help get to know and integrate into the business.

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a £65M turnover and UK leading professional services with a fantastic, people first culture as they recruit for a Marketing Executive to join their large department at a very exciting time to join the business as they continue to make huge strides with company growth on an exciting trajectory and top people joining the business.

They now require a confident, outgoing, and motivated marketing to join their team and lead all the tactical activity from their Cambridge offices. You will be tasked with driving and delivering action on the team’s marketing plan (written by the Head of Marketing & BD with the team) – this includes delivering all types of marketing activity such as events, digital content, collateral, campaigns etc. So lots of variety and autonomy for your territory!

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and so would hopefully embrace being the local marketing expert for the firm.

To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Minimum two to three years commercial marketing experience.
• Track record of delivering campaigns and projects across multiple marketing channels including events, webinars, digital, print, business development materials
• Stong copywriting skills with an excellent eye for detail.
• Assertive, confident personality who will enjoy working with senior stakeholders.
• Will be able to get to their offices in Cambridge three days a week.
• Driven to perform at high levels and career focused.
