Are you a Marketing Executive looking to take the next step in your career? If so, we're looking for an experienced Marketing professional to join our award-winning Marketing team.
This newly created role will support our company wide Residential team with all things Digital, supporting with end-to-end campaigns to aid the continued success of the department. This is a busy and hands-on role encompassing the full digital marketing mix, supporting our Marketing Manager to deliver our Residential and Operational Living marketing campaigns with digital deliverables. You will be fully supported by members of the Digital and wider Marketing team to ensure your career develops with us. Successful candidates will have a creative flare, ideally with a passion for real estate and challenging the status quo!

Key duties and responsibilities
- Providing advice to the residential and operational living teams on all digital aspects of marketing activity
- Support the marketing manager in digital deliverables of agreed marketing campaigns
- Monitoring the Bidwells presence on property portals to recommend improvements, and prepare performance reports for clients
- Review creative assets, ensuring the teams are following the firm’s brand guidelines across all channels
- To work with the Head of Digital to analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights to make data-driven decisions. Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to support lead generation
- Identifying opportunities in the market to raise the profile for the residential and operational living teams
- Continually track online trends, and make suggestions for creative content opportunities
- Implementing social media campaigns for the teams utilising the full suite of social media platforms
- Develop creative campaigns for brand awareness; lead generation; Account Based Marketing (ABM), etc
- Creating and editing website and email content, for properties, insights and events
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- A number of years of experience in professional services or real estate agency marketing
- Strong experience in digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, PPC
- Experience of social media scheduling platforms; video production; email marketing
- Strong English writing skills essential for social media and email content
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management and project management; ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong planning and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and efficiently, and often to tight deadlines
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent
- Good IT skills and quick to learn new systems. Experience in using a CRM system a plus (Hubspot preferable).
- Experience using InDesign, PlayPlay and Canva a plus.
