Experienced Recruiter - Sales Team Manager (Technology/Engineering/Public Sector)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top technical talent across various domains within the technology industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to build high-performing teams.
- Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Act as a mentor and leader to new hires, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to help them succeed in their roles.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.
Strategic Planning and Growth:
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and resource allocation to support business growth.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical roles within the technology/engineering industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Ambitious and driven mindset, with a desire to take on new challenges and contribute to organizational growth.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
