HubSpot CRM Consultant

Steadman Hub have partnered with a rapidly growing HubSpot Agency, who are tackling the SMB market by storm. They are looking at bringing in a HubSpot CRM Consultant who would be working alongside the Technical Lead, to understand, gather and translate client requirements, before working on the design and build of their HubSpot environment.

Job Title - HubSpot CRM Consultant

Salary - up to £50,000

Fully remote with occasional travel to office in the north of the UK

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops
• Actively challenge, and define requirements, alongside snr stakeholders
• Map out clients as-is and to-be processes
• Create user stories, using these processes, via Jira
• Support the Data team, on the migration from legacy platform data, to HubSpot.
• Support the HubSpot build team, on the design, build and delivery of HubSpot

Requirements:

• Prior technical/hands experience working with HubSpot CRM
• Excellent Business Analysis skills, including leading scoping workshops, gathering and refining requirements, and map existing processes.
• Proven experience of delivering an end to end project life cycle
• Excellent organisational skills
• Self motivated individual
• Great communication skills (will be training users)
