  • Project Leadership: Coordinate new product development projects and ensure effective phase-in/out management of goods.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage a vendor spend of $350M USD, departmental budget, and shipping cost optimisation.
  • People Leadership: Develop and manage teams across the region, supporting succession planning and employee development.

Key KPIs:

  • Cost: Shipping/utilisation, organisational costs.
  • Service: Sales order fill rate, OTIF (on-time, in-full), consumer service performance.
  • Cash: Inventory/working capital, excess & obsolete management.
  • Forecasting: Accuracy and bias of demand forecasts.

About you

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in demand and supply planning within the Consumer Goods industry, combined with a strong technical understanding of SAP and SAP IBP or similar planning systems.

Excellent negotiation and influencing skills are essential, as well as experience working with overseas suppliers and managing large vendor spend. Ideally, candidates will hold a degree in finance, logistics, economics, or a related field. Strong leadership capabilities are crucial, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams within a matrix organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and demonstrate sound decision-making, even when faced with uncertainty. They must be results-driven, able to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic planning. Additionally, the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and senior stakeholders is key. Candidates should be resilient, confident, and capable of leading teams effectively through periods of change.

Spectrum Brands offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of our supply chain operations across the EMEA region. You'll work with a dynamic team, in a global matrix environment, with opportunities to drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll also collaborate with a global peer group, gaining the opportunity to influence and contribute to the development of global design processes. If you're ready to make a lasting impact and elevate our supply chain to new heights, apply now and join us in driving success!
