OK, so you probably won’t have done much recruitment before. It’s not all phone calls, phone calls, phone calls as you might think - we use lots of other tools to connect with interested candidates. But ultimately, you will enjoy and feel comfortable being on the phone.

Recruitment is a fast-paced, often crazy, sometimes frustrating world where each day offers a new adventure. There will be ups, downs, disappointment, and elation; but you will be alright handling all that.

And you will be passionate about being professional, aspiring to help some of the country’s finest law firms with their recruitment needs, as well as esteemed lawyers with their legal careers.
