You will be supported in terms of career progression, MRTPI chartership and are encouraged to actively build your professional reputation in the industry. • Work on diverse projects across the North, including regeneration, master planning, and large-scale refurbishments.
• Gain valuable insights and mentorship from industry-leading Senior Planners with extensive experience.
• Develop your planning abilities, grow your network, and enhance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide planning advice to clients on a range of matters.
• Prepare and submit planning applications across various project types.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders on planning-related matters.
• Offer general support to the wider planning team.
