Digital Marketing Manager

I am working with a scaling law firm in Manchester who are looking to hire a brand-new Marketing Manager into their small, but busy marketing function.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy. You will lead digital marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the marketing, digital and communications strategy
• Plan, execute, review and assess marketing and lead generating campaigns to drive new clients into the business
• Manage and direct the marketing team
• Manage and direct external agencies and third parties. •
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing, communication and digital (including social) channels •
• Optimisation management through variety of different strategies including A/B, Multivariant & Heat map testing to build data backed decisions for marketing and digital campaigns

Qualifications:

• Extensive marketing and digital management experience
• Experience of working in a fast-paced business, ideally during a time of growth
• Experience of working in highly regulated industries, such as legal or financial services
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns at the same time while also managing a wide range of other marketing and communication activities

This role is paying £55k - £60k and will be based in Manchester (hybrid)
