OUTPATIENT:
Clinicians in outpatient settings are responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of clients and families in their care. Serving adults, children, and youth, the mental health outpatient services include such programs as Family Treatment, Integrated Services Team (IST or therapy in a clinic), Military Services, Therapeutic Preschool, School-Based Services and more.
Base salary ranges from $43,426 to $47,476 annually depending on position, education, valid licensure, and relevant experience. Caseload and frequency of contact vary based on client needs and acuity, program focus, and population served. These factors as well as travel requirements and on-call expectation determine salary. Certain clinical licenses increase salary substantially.
SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT
Therapists in this area complete screening, orientation, and intakes into Substance Use Disorder programming. Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and/or family formats as appropriate, they introduce clients to various recovery modalities including referral and coordination of medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We offer inpatient and outpatient programming.
Base salary ranges from $43,426 to $55,031 annually depending on position, education, valid licensure, and relevant experience. Caseload and frequency of contact vary based on client needs and acuity, program focus, and population served. These factors as well as travel requirements and on-call expectation determine salary. Certain clinical licenses increase salary substantially.
SOCIAL SERVICES
Clinicians in this segment of services offer a continuum of social services for families in need. The Center provides supervised visitation and behavior modification as well as a Therapeutic Foster Care & Adoption program. Additionally, master's level clinicians work in parenting classes, Juvenile Justice and Criminal Justice services.
Base salary begins at $49,475 annually and goes up with relevant experience and valid licensure. Caseload and frequency of contact vary based on client needs and acuity, program focus, and population served. These factors as well as travel requirements and on-call expectation determine salary. Certain clinical licenses increase salary substantially.
VICTIM SERVICES
Our caring staff works with women, men, and children who have been a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or other traumatic events. The McNabb Center offers outreach and counseling services, as well as safe housing and crisis hotlines.
Positions included in this category include SACET Therapy Center Therapist (Sexual Assault Center of East Tennessee), Violent Crime Master's Level Clinician, Domestic Violence Therapists and more.
Base salary begins at $46,445 annually and goes up with relevant experience and valid licensure. Caseload and frequency of contact vary based on client needs and acuity, program focus, and population served. These factors as well as travel requirements and on-call expectation determine salary. Certain clinical licenses increase salary substantially.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
The McNabb Center offers detox and residential treatment for adolescents and adults facing a substance use or co-occurring disorder. Through our residential programming, clients receive education, group and individual therapy focused on achieving recovery, wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
Positions include CenterPointe Master's Level Liaison as well as the Admissions & Utilization, and ILS.
Base salary begins at $49,475 annually and goes up with relevant experience and valid licensure. Caseload and frequency of contact vary based on client needs and acuity, program focus, and population served. These factors as well as travel requirements and on-call expectation determine salary. Certain clinical licenses increase salary substantially.
CRISIS SERVICES
Clinicians in Crisis Services are responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of clients, providing crisis intervention as necessary, and assisting with aftercare resources. Clinicians can expect to work in the community at times and within facilities.
Positions may include Walk-In Crisis Center Clinician, Mobile Crisis Clinician, Crisis Services Clinician, and Children's Crisis Clinician.
Base salary ranges from $51,495 and up depending on experience, education, and clinical license. Shift differential is paid for 4p-12a and 12a-8a shifts.
