Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team HR Diligence and Integration team as a Change and Experience Partner. In this role, you will lead the redesign, creation, and evolution of processes to enhance teammate experience, cross-departmental synchronicity, engagement, and effectiveness for acquisitions. You will utilize data-driven insights to design actionable recommendations that optimize the integration strategy and collaborate with executive leadership and workstream leaders to provide coaching and guidance on key areas of concern that impact the employee experience. Additionally, you will drive cultural awareness, alignment, and action planning to assist leaders in leading change effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the redesign, creation, and evolution of processes to enhance cross-departmental synchronicity, engagement, and effectiveness for acquisitions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to design actionable recommendations that optimize the integration strategy.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and workstream leaders to provide coaching and guidance on key areas of concern that impact the employee experience.
- Drive cultural awareness, alignment, and action planning to assist leaders in leading change effectively.
- Influence stakeholders to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
- Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change and culture champions.
- Utilize change management methodologies, processes, and tools to develop actionable change management plans with a human-centered design approach.
- Assess audience readiness for change, identify people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques and deliver data-driven, synthesized insights to support actionable strategy and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain acquisition hire surveys to ensure culture is measurable: generate data from the process, develop scoring methodologies, tracking, set KPIs and more.
- Develop and lead stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments, identify change champions, and an acquisition hire change strategy.
- Coordinate with HR COEs to outline training plans and schedules for incoming acquisitions to support the successful implementation and adoption of change.
- Collaborate with project teams, sponsors, and leaders to integrate change management and enablement activities into the overall project plans and timelines.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management and enablement interventions and report on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the Director, HR Diligence and Integration and other stakeholders on how to improve change management and enablement practices and processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of culture best practices, change management and enablement tools, templates, and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 + years of experience in Change Management, or related field.
- Experience leading change initiatives within an acquisition environment strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
