About the opportunity:
We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, an independent, family-owned company with an established presence across the UK.
We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and customer focused Senior Telesales Advisor to join the team based in Bristol.
The successful Senior Telesales Advisor will provide an excellent service to new and existing customers, ensuring that their requirements and expectations are met whilst maximising upselling opportunities to achieve set KPIs and targets.
You will manage your own customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst resolving customer queries regarding orders and products, making outbound calls and updating systems accordingly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual that thrives in a sales-driven environment and is looking to progress their sales career within a supportive setting!
Requirements
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a sales role
- Experience of working towards set KPIs and targets
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Ability to work in collaboration with other departments to maximise customer service and increase sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Good IT skills
