As a Lead Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase.
- Leading and managing a team, coordinating staff training needs and resources.
- Assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Developing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of yourself and others.
- Applying and promoting best evidence-based practices.
The Lead Theatre Practitioner - Scrub role offers an attractive package, including:
- Annual salary of up to £55,000.
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing with service
