We allow burgeoning independent food makers to build their businesses and instantly reach a nationwide community of customers that are looking for new, more exciting and tastier food options.

We were founded by Simon Beckerman (Co-Founder, Chief Creative Officer) and Marie Petrovicka (Co-Founder, CEO). Simon and Marie previously worked together at Depop - a fashion marketplace founded by Simon, that sold to Etsy for $1.6B in 2021, with 20M users in 147 countries, and a team of 300!

We have recently started experimenting with having some of our inventory in-house, removing a big part of the hassle for our makers when it comes to shipping their delicious food and drink creations. For that, we are looking for someone who can help us with all things operations related.

We are looking to add a picking operative to our warehouse team, to support with the processing of orders & lead the packing line.

Requirements

- Safely picking items from the shelving with a high degree of accuracy to the customer orders.

- Pick at a speed which is efficient & meets the daily targets set by management.

- Ensure the correct paperwork, labels & invoicing are attached to each order.

- Support with restocking shelves to ensure optimal inventory levels.

- Assist with goods in to the warehouse & the counting of stock.

- Assist from time to time with spot checks and stock counts to ensure warehouse inventory levels are accurate.

- Be able to print off documentation related to orders and create shipment labels.

- Perform general warehouse cleaning duties and organisational work.
